Update "External" mode of the KeyStoreCredentialStore to not use an in memory KeyStore

      Using an in-memory KeyStore causes problems where the hard coded KeyStore type is not available.

      We could do testing of different permutations of internal stores etc.. but really this implementation does not need to be mapped by a KeyStore and can be mapped to a simple HashMap.
