Keycloak is not decoding properly the redirect uri with special characters

    Description

      Hi,

      In my front-end client when an user reaches us using the URL like https://www.mydomain.com&query=param, we redirect the user to https://redirect/https://www.mydomain.com&query=param.

      When I am redirected to keycloak I see the `redirect_uri` which is well encoded, but after the success login I'm redirected to:

      http://redirect-servicehttps/www.mydomain.com

      Any clue ? thanks
