RegexNameRewriter is a regular expression based name rewriter. It can be used to rewrite all or part of a name if it matches a regular expression.

Add a test class for RegexNameRewriter. For inspiration, take a look at MutableNameRewriterTest that tests a different rewriter.

The new test class can be added in the auth/util/src/test/java/org/wildfly/security/auth/util directory.
