Add the ability to search for blog posts on the Elytron Blogs page

Currently, it's only possible to search for blog posts on the Elytron website using tags as shown here.

It would be nice to add a general search feature to the blogs page that would allow someone to enter terms to search for and we'd check the blog posts' title and contents for the search terms. 

This feature will be more involved to implement but might be ideal if you're already familiar with or want to learn more about web development and/or Jekyll.

araskar@redhat.com started looking into this a little while ago but didn't finish. His progress can be seen in his branch here. That could be a good place to resume work on this or you could start from scratch.
