DefaultSSLContextFromFileWorksAndHasPrecedenceTest, DefaultSSLContextProviderProgrammaticConfigurationTest.java has expected and actual value swaped

Wildfly Elytron uses jUnit library and its AssertEquals method in its testsuite. There are usages of this method linked here DefaultSSLContextFromFileWorksAndHasPrecedenceTest and here DefaultSSLContextProviderProgrammaticConfigurationTest that have the actual and the expected values swapped.

This issue is to fix this so that if a failure in these tests occurs, the log message for the failure is correct.
