Currently, Wildfly Elytron uses version 2.11.4 of the FasterXML/Jackson libraries that had been updated more than 6 months ago in ELY-2216.

Since then, there are have been released several new versions, which include several vulnerabilities fixes, bug fixes, and improvements.

According to the https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson:

The latest stable versions from these branches are:

• 2.13.1, released on 19-Dec-2021

Based on that, I am proposing to upgrade the used FasterXML/Jackson dependencies version to 2.13.1.
