Add a test case for static registration of WildFlyElytronClientDefaultSSLContextProvider

EAP7-1120 added a java security provider WildFlyElytronClientDefaultSSLContextProvider to the elytron client. There are automatic tests which add the provider in the code by security provider API. The static registration of the provider via `java.security` or by passing `java.security.properties` was done manually.

This issue is to add automatic test for this provider by using java security properties or java.security file. Passing of client configuration file to the provider statically should be tested primarily.

Note that this issue might require deeper knowledge of maven or more time.
