Enhance DigestAuthenticationMechanismTest to compute digest values instead of using hard coded values

DigestAuthenticationMechanismTest is testing the server mechanism with client that uses hard coded values from RFC documentation or pre-computed values in its requests. This issue is to refactor this class to compute the digest responses instead, so it is easier to add and tweak tests in the future. For inspiration on how client computes digest, take a look here .
