Revisit the shaded jar for Elytron Tool

    Description

      WFCORE-5693 is updating the elytron-tool.sh to make use of jboss-modules so we don't need the shaded jar for Elytron Tool anymore. Will need to determine what corresponding changes to make in the wildfly-elytron repo.
