Bump schema for Filesystem Realm

Some changes are being prepared under ELY-2227 to represent OAuth HOTP and TOTP credentials, before these can be added the schema used by the filesystem realm will need to move to the next version.

Additionally we are still using the original schema which contains authentication client types, these can be cleaned up as authentication client has moved to it's own schema in it's own namespace.
