Since ELY-2099 can't be resolved right away, there was a request to upgrade the version of slf4j that's being included in the shaded jar from 1.7.26 to 1.7.30. 

Since Apache sshd-common is what brings in the slf4j dependency, we'll need to upgrade sshd-common to a newer version.
