SecurityIdentity.withSecurityIdentity does not handle null withIdentities

Unhandled null value of withIdentities in
https://github.com/wildfly-security/wildfly-elytron/blob/master/src/main/java/org/wildfly/security/auth/server/SecurityIdentity.java#L526

Also it looks securityIdentity is added into withIdentities multiple-times.
