Support for <message-destination-link> for message driven beans.

    Description

      Please enable <message-destination-link> element in Message Driven Beans as an option to replace "destination" activation-config-property to loosely couple the bean with the actual queue. The actual queue can be picked up from the mapped-name of message-destination in the assembly-descriptor
