Chapter 36 of the tutorial guide is missing the chapter name

      The tutorial guide hosted on the EJB3 docs site is missing the chapter name for Chapter 36. See attached screenshot. The chapter is about asynchronous invocations on beans.

      The fix is to add a <title>...</title> to the asynch.xml (which is used to generate the html content).
