Make the "resource_ref" "mdb" and "interceptor" tutorials self contained

The "resource_ref" "mdb" and the "interceptor" tutorials all deploy a queue (and a custom aop.xml) through configuration files. These files are currently not getting packaged "within" the jar artifacts and instead are being deployed separately through the build scripts (both ant and mvn). This needs to change so that a release of these artifacts will be self contained.

Move those configuration files in the META-INF of the jar artifacts.
