Use new EJB Reference Resolver for @EJB injection

      The old injection framework should be based on Pluggable resolvers; convert @EJB handling into that used by the EjbReferenceResolver SPI implemented by EJBTHREE-1616.

      One particular feature this may address is injection across unrelated DeploymentUnits as noted by a user here:
