Define AOP interceptors on lifecycle callbacks in aop.xml

      The AOP interceptors which are invoked for lifecycle callbacks are currently hard coded in LifecycleCallbacks.createLifecycleCallbackInterceptors.
      They should be defined in aop.xml.
