NPE when calling sessionContext.getCallerIdentity() with JNDILoginInitialContextFactory

      When using a JNDILoginInitialContextFactory, the security credentials are not propagated and every call to getCallerIdentity raises a NPE
      This is a regression, the same code works well with beta 2, 3 & 4.
