      When some artifacts are available only in JBoss Public Repository Group, but not in maven central, the build will fail. This can at times happen when a new version of an artifact was just released, but has not been sync'ed to the maven central yet. For instance, the automatic PR created by dependabot will fail due to the missing artifact. For example, https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-transaction-client/pull/150
