    Description

      org.jboss.ejb.protocol.remote.EJBClientChannel.MethodInvocation#handleClosed currently creates EJBException and java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException without message. It makes it hard for uers to debug.

      We should include a meaningful message to indicate the possible cause.
