Omit maven downloading logs from CI job output

in github action jobs there are many lines like this:

[INFO] Downloading from central: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-source-plugin/3.1.0/maven-source-plugin-3.1.0.jar

These logs are rarely useful and should be omitted.
