Background: There is a need for customers to do development testing in virtual machines using the functional equivalencies of the real environments their software will run in.  Such is the case for customers developing software for real time scenarios.

Description: As a customer I would like to be able to create virtual machines in OpenShift Virtualization where they are leveraging the kernel-rt so I can test with real time workload scenarios.
