Background: Today their Ansible collections for OsBuild to build the Red Hat Device Edge images in the rpm-ostree format using ImageBuilder.   However for some customers this is not ideal for them given they might lack the experience of staff to leverage the Ansible collections and write playbooks.

Description: As a customer I would like to have a turnkey Tekton pipeline that only needs to be fed some details on what I want in my image and then have the Tekton pipeline process actually build the images in an OCP environment.
