Background: Customers are looking to run AI/ML models at the edge on smaller edge type devices that are not as powerful as server class hardware.  When they run these models they want to use them in a Kubernetes like environment which MicroShift provides.

Description: Provide RHODS support for MicroShift in edge based scenarios.

-Only looking for running the models and updating models at the edge.
