      4.2. Deprecated features have an incorrect description

      read-config-as-xml-file is a new feature that mislabels a deprecated feature.
      As the doc 3.1. Management CLI last paragraph describes the read-config-as-xml has been deprecated due to the introduction of the read-config-as-xml-file operation, please check the documentation.
