As described in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBEAP-26362 there is a possibility that the Sybase DB table gets permanently locked (this could result in EAP indefinitely waiting on trying to read the locked table) because setTransactionTimeout method of Sybase JDBC driver (jconn4). As I don't think that this will be solved in the driver any time soon, I believe that we should have this documented similar to other limitations of JDBC drivers described in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_enterprise_application_platform/7.4/html-single/configuration_guide/index#vendor_specific_xa_recovery
This is not a regression against EAP 7.4
