When an event doesn't match any rule, it's not immediately removed. It waits for expiration (default TTL = 2 hours)
It's not a permanent memory leak, but events could be piled up until they gets expired
It's a general issue. Not specific to complex events/rules
If there are many and large events, it may cause OutOfMemoryError
