      Hello Team RedHat,
I am trying to use the `date-effective` rule attribute as mentioned in the documentation here

      It states that

A string containing a date and time definition. The rule can be activated only if the current date and time
      is after a date-effective attribute.

      Example: date-effective "4-Sep-2018"

When I try to use the same as

      • date-effective "21-May-2024 02:00:00", it doesn't honour the date effective attribute completely,
      • date-effective "21-May-2024T02:00:00", it ignores the time value and honours the date info.
      • date-effective "21-May-2024", works perfectly fine.

Is there a discrepancy in the document with the library behaviour here?

When I use the "date-expires" attribute with both date and time, it works fine for me.
