Impact Analysis : export as JSON

Issue Description:

Export graph as JSON so that React component (e.g. patternfly/topology) can consume.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Export graph as JSON
• As an example, assert that the output is equals to a JSON which can be rendered with patternfly/topology

Additional Information:
There is a room to enhance the JSON format to adapt to other consumers.
