Issue Description:

There are several "@Disabled" test cases remaining in MiscDRLParserTest. They are relatively lower priority or edge cases.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Implement parser to pass disabled tests
• This JIRA can be split to sub tasks for each fix (Like I did in DROOLS-6924)
• No need to implement @Disabled("Priority : low | Not yet support DSL"), because DSL expander will be integrated after migration to drools code base.
