Experiment H2 persistence

Issue Description:

Currently, persistence strategy is only Infinispan (having several modes though).

This JIRA is to experiment other persistence (e.g. H2) to evaluate the pluggability.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Implement H2 persistence based on serialization

Additional Information:

Generally, H2 is not considered for production environment. User guidance will be considered later.
