Issue Description:

currently many antora docs pages refer to canonical an unexistent url.
for example:

and https://www.drools.org/docs/drools/getting-started/index.html
returns 404
as is not a valid page:

Acceptance Criteria:

fix canonical url to a valid latest

it is to be noted the: `drools-docs/target/drools-docs-...` directory
is uploaded by this script here: https://github.com/kiegroup/drools/blob/d577024196f195f8c634e067bfd03bf693472646/script/release/upload_filemgmt.sh#L45

so accordingly `drools-website`in the directory nesting seems superfluous and could be removed.
