Issue Description:

When a project using jdk17 uses kjar and kie-maven-plugin experience crashing

Acceptance Criteria:

Avoid the end-user workarounds such as: https://github.com/tarilabs/demo20230530-consumerecords/blob/main/pom.xml

• Update ECJ
• Update MVEL for ASM compatibility

optional: de-shade ECJ

Testing with non-supported JDKs on drools git repo
