Issue Description:
SonarCloud reports several Code Smells in drools-reliability. Some of them are not actual problems (e.g. Serializable related), but reducing them would be good for reviewing.
Acceptance Criteria:
Reduce Code Smells as possible checking with SonarLint plugin
