But  keep the checks as they are with SNAPSHOT dependency for Kogito on Drools. The drools checks would only be moved to `/KIE/drools` (instead of `/KIE/kogito`).

We would just create Drools own pipelines config similar to OptaPlanner one -> https://github.com/kiegroup/optaplanner/tree/main/.ci/jenkins/config

That way, Drools would have a separate release pipeline and its own build-chain config.
