Split efesto-common-api to efesto-common-core

Currently, efesto-common-api declares some implementations that, behind the scenes, requires jackson-databind.
Create an efesto-common-core module and move those classes (and other implementations) here.
Clean up efesto-common-api from any external implementation dependency (e.g. jackson-databind)
