I created a LoanApplication object to be used in a guided decision table, but when I was about to finalize the creation of the table I realized I forgot to add a field to flag the application as approved. I created the dtable anyway and then I went back to the LoanApplication definition to add the missing field and saved. After I did this I returned back to the decision table to add a consequence column to set the newly added field, but I couldn't find it. Refreshing the whole webapp from the browser fixed the problem.
