Uncomment reason code asserts in scoreacard tests

It was confirmed here https://github.com/kiegroup/drools/pull/3438 that the reason codes are now implemented in new Trusty PMML implementation. However, in some tests there are still assertions for reason codes commented out like here: https://github.com/kiegroup/drools/blob/master/kie-pmml-trusty/kie-pmml-models/kie-pmml-models-drools/kie-pmml-models-drools-scorecard/kie-pmml-models-drools-scorecard-tests/src/test/java/org/kie/pmml/models/drools/scorecard/tests/SimpleScorecardWithTransformationsTest.java#L93 The goal of this Jira is to uncomment these asserts.
