As part of [BAPL-1787] I am programmatically producing Swagger/OpenAPI descriptors for DMN endpoints on kie-server based on the content of the deployed kie-container (so that the OAS reflects the definition of the models, similarly to Kogito style OAS).

I am producing OpenAPI v3 definitions, but it seems to me the kie-swagger-ui is not able to parse it correctly.
For reference, the OAS descriptor for the generic kie-server endpoints are OpenAPI v2.
I tried a quick and dirty content bump, to the latest distributable of "swagger-ui-3.43.0" which is compatible with OAS v2 and v3.
It seems to me the kie-swagger-ui once bumped is able to open both v2 and v3 descriptors files.

Screenshot attached for proof before (using 7.49.0.Final) Vs after (building kie-wb-distributions/business-central-parent/jbpm-server-distribution ZIP locally).

This update would reflect in a UI change in the logo, current swagger ui shows "swagger" for the logo, but after the version update shows "swagger supported by SMARTBEAR" for the logo.
