[DMN Designer] Not able to auto update decision table inputs when a new input added in its DMN model

      1. Navigate the Diagram of the attached DMN model
      2. Add a new Input and link it to Decision (Result)
      3. Navigate to its Decision Table generated from Result (Decision)
      4. The newly added input will not take effect in Decision Table.
