Missing maps accessors in IdentityPlaceholderResolverStrategy

IdentityPlaceholderResolverStrategy misses the accessors to at least one of the 2 maps it uses. In fact when you want to unmarshall a KieSession you need to initialize that strategy with the maps produced during the marshalling.
