      1. rename a DRD in decision navigator
      2. click save - no unsaved changes
      3. close editor - no unsaved changes alert
      4. reopen dmn
      5. the name of drd is still the old one.

      User need to dirty the context somehow - moving a decision a bit, or sth like this. Then the changes are persisted.

    Description

      Change in Decision Navigator (both edit or removal) does not dirty the context of the editor, thus not allowing to save the change and also not complaining about unsaved changes when closing the editor.
