    Description

      After the descoping of ANC in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DROOLS-5658

      The drools-model-compiler module is not testing against ANC anymore to avoid a circular dependency between the two modules.

      With https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DROOLS-5729 we can move the drools-model-compiler tests to the drools-test-coverage and enable some of those test against the ANC to have it covered.

      Therefore we can also remove the duplication of BaseModelTest in drools-alphanetwork-compiler
