Implement test module for PMML regression model in new PMML implementation. This module should contain tests which simultaneously test compiler and evaluator.

Tests should cover:

1. Linear and polynomial regression
2. Linear and polynomial regression with decimal and negative coefficients
3. Various normalization methods
4. Logistic regression with numeric inputs
5. Logistic regression with categorical inputs
