[GDST] Set Date actions are converted wrongly

      1. Import the sample Mortgages project
      2. Replace the original gdst with the attached one
      3. Convert it to XLS
      4. Open the XLS
      5. Compare generated DRLs of GDST and XLS

      There is in issue in conversion actions for setting Date fields. in the converted xls file there is missing conversion from String to Date
