Raise timeout for KieContainerTest.testIncrementalCompilationSynchronization

Test KieContainerTest.testIncrementalCompilationSynchronization fails randomly on timeout in Jenkins environment. From my testing it looks like an environmental problem where a provisioned machine on Jenkins is sometimes slow. When run locally, thousands of runs pass without a problem.

The timeout of the test should be raised and it should be regularly checked if the test passes.
