[DMN Designer] Literal expression name and data type popup missing

      • Open any DMN decision node expression editor
      • Set root expression as LE, see attached screenshot
      • Click the header cell, see attached screenshot
      • *Name && Data Type* should be present, however it is missing

      If user tries to change name and data type of root Literal expression, the *Name && Data Type* popup is missing. Other expression types works fine.
