The DecisionTableGrid allows the User to add rules (rows) above or below the one right-clicked. It'd be nice to have the option to also duplicate the row over which the User has right-clicked with an additional entry on the context menu (duplicate can default to adding a row below.. it's pretty meaningless to duplicate above or duplicate below).
