[DMN Designer] Unexpected error appears when diagram is created

    Description

      An unexpected error dialog appears when user creates new DMN diagram.

      The unexpected error dialog contain an error: error.log

      Next the trouble can be spotted by missing data types tab. When user tries to navigate into expression editor, another error dialog appears.
