      Clean up code

      1. replace GIVEN/EXPECT Strings with Enum
      2. move classes to proper packages
      3. rename classes with "old" meanings (for ex, BaseExpressionGridTheme is the name of the class originally copied from DMN)
      4. BaseExpressionGridTheme.getHeaderBackground remove get(0) used to set background color
      5. remove injection of ScenarioSimulationDocksHandler from ScenarioSimulationEditorPresenter
